Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancel 60 to 30 days before pickup. Refund of the full amount less a charge of 25 percent of the total payment
- Cancel 30 to 15 days before pickup. Refund of the full amount less a charge of 50 percent of the total payment
- Cancel 15 to 0 days before pickup. Refund of the full amount less a charge of 100 percent of the total payment
- Requests for cancellation or modification after payment must be made in writing by email
- If the client does not show up on the day the reservation begins this is a no show and there is no refund
- After starting the service there is no refund for unused days
- LuxuryCarsCuba will not refund to any credit card other than the one used in the reservation process. If a refund is processed by bank transfer any additional bank charges will be deducted from the refundable amount

Yes. Every booking with Luxury Cars Cuba comes with premium petrol, unlimited mileage and tolls already covered. You pay one transparent price, no hidden refuelling charges or “surprise” fees when you travel between Havana, Varadero Trinidad or any other Cuban city.
Can I start in Havana and finish in Varadero (or another city)?
Absolutely. One-way rentals are standard for us. Whether your itinerary runs Havana → Varadero, Varadero → Trinidad, or a tailor-made loop that ends back in Havana, your quoted price already includes the route and mileage.
Do I need a Cuban driving licence or extra paperwork?
Whether you prefer to take the wheel yourself or ride with a chauffeur, the paperwork is kept simple. For self-drive bookings, just present a valid driver’s licence from your home country (or an International Driving Permit) along with your passport; we’ll arrange all insurance and local documents. If you choose a chauffeur, no licence or age requirement applies—simply share your passport details and relax while we handle everything.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept advance payment in USD, EUR and GBP via credit card (Stripe) or international bank transfer. Card payments incur a 5 % Stripe processing fee. Cash settlements can be arranged for special requests, just let our concierge know in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your reservation/retainer fee is non-refundable, as it secures both vehicle and driver. Any additional balance is refundable if you cancel at least seven days before the scheduled pick-up. For last-minute changes, contact our 24/7 concierge and we’ll do everything possible to help.
Is full insurance included in the price?
Yes Comprehensive cover collision damage waiver, passenger liability and third-party protection is built into every quote. You will never be asked to buy extra insurance on arrival.
